How To Add A Large Room Sound To Your Drums

If you’re like me, you probably don’t have a huge recording room in your studio. When it’s time to record live drums, you might be limited by the size of your room when it comes to room miking. Or you might not own an arsenal of microphones and you’re limited to a few. That’s fine, I believe you can achieve a lot with less. This is what my next tutorial is about.

I will show you how to add a very nice room sound to your drums even if they were recorded in a small space.
To be more precise, I use some room emulations plugins that I add to my drums. My goal here is to simulate the presence of an actual drum track like if my drums were recorded in a large studio.
Hope you enjoy!
