Eventide FISSION – Review & Walkthrough
A new plugin from eventide called FISSION.
I had a chance to experiment with this plugin for the past week and I must say that I’m very impressed.
This is not a typical plugin, it’s actually pretty unique. Fission uses Eventide’s Structural Effects technology.
It allows you to split the audio signal into its transient and tonal parts, independently manipulate them using Eventide’s effects and then blend them back together.
Very powerful!
Now you can use Fission as a special effect plugin or as a utility tool during mixing.
