In this video, I share with you a simple and effective drum recording technique using only 4 microphones. Known as the Glyn Johns Technique. Perfect fit with the Steinberg UR-RT4 sound interface since this recording technique uses 4 microphones. 

I also go through the features of the UR-RT4, so this is also a Review of this sound interface. Steinberg’s collaborated with Rupert Neve Design to work on the Transformers that can be activated on each Yamaha D-Pre preamps out of the UR-RT4 which gives us a nice “Neve” type of sound.
