How to MIX DRUMS with CUBASE PLUGINS

Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) like Cubase, Pro Tools, etc… have come a long way since they came out. The plugins included in modern DAWs are now better than ever and the gap between third party plugins and stock plugins is getting thinner. 

While mixing my new up-coming inKontrast single, I decided to mix my drums using nothing than plugins included in CUBASE 10. I the following video, I share with you my process on mixing drums in CUBASE 10 using nothing but stock plugins.

    I have a question. Why are you not using the Cubase multiband compressors?

    1. I do not use multiband compression a lot, to be honest… When I do, I’m used to working with the Fabfilter MB just because I know it pretty well.
